 BUBBLES TAKES OVER — Part Four: The Big Argument

Hi everyone.

Today’s post is a little different.

Because… Bubbles and I had an argument.

It started when I logged onto my blog and saw — surprise! — Bubbles had posted another one of his stories without asking.

He thought it was hilarious.

I did not.

“Bubbles!” I said. “You can’t just keep taking over my blog whenever you want!”

“But I have so many good ideas!” Bubbles said, puffing up his tiny chest.

“I know,” I told him, “but this is my blog. You need your own space.”

Bubbles crossed his arms and flopped down dramatically. “Fine. I guess I’ll just never post anything ever again!” he huffed.

(He can be very dramatic for such a small hippo.)

I sighed. I didn’t want him to be sad.

So I had an idea.

“What if,” I said, “I teach you how to make your very own blog?”

Bubbles’ ears perked up.

“Really? I can have my OWN?”

“Yes,” I smiled. “You can write about anything you want. Pizza, naps, weird things you find under the sofa… whatever.”

His whole face lit up.

“CAN I CALL IT BUBBLES WORLD??” he shouted.

“Of course,” I said.

So that afternoon, we sat together at the kitchen table, and I helped Bubbles set up his very blog

And guess what?

Bubbles is now officially a blogger!

(But he still promises to visit my blog sometimes — only when he’s invited.)
